How do I order?

Once your enquiry has been received I will send you some questions to find out about your event, your outfit and style. Next, a meeting in person is arranged or alternatively ideas can be discussed over the phone or via email.

If required, it may be possible to post fabric samples.

A sketch of your design will be drawn along with a quote which includes materials, labour, fitting (where possible) and communication.

How long will my order take?

Please allow up to 4 weeks from order to the arrival of your piece, plus delivery time.

During high and low season’s times may vary. This will be stated at the beginning of the enquiry.

How can I pay?

A 50% deposit is required upon ordering and the full balance of invoice including shipping on completion before delivery.

Payment can be made by direct deposit.

Exchange/returns

I do not accept returns or make refunds on custom designs.

Please email sarah@sarahlarkin.com within 7 days of receipt of the hat if you need to discuss your headpiece. Its important that you love your headpiece, if you have any questions please get in contact, even if you would just like a photo of progress.
